Overview / About the Scholarship
The Chevening Scholarship is the UK’s most competitive and prestigious international scholarship program, designed to identify and support future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers from around the world. Leeds Beckett University is a proud partner in this initiative, welcoming Chevening Scholars into its vibrant, professional-focused academic community in Leeds. This scholarship is much more than a financial award; it is an invitation into an exclusive global network of over 55,000 alumni.
For students in Bangladesh, it represents a unique chance to gain a world-class education while building lasting professional bonds with the UK. Candidates are selected based on their potential to return to Bangladesh and implement strategic changes in their fields, ranging from business and technology to social sciences and the arts. By providing 100% tuition coverage and a generous monthly allowance, Chevening enables scholars to focus entirely on their academic and professional development.
