Overview / About the Scholarship
The Chancellor's International Scholarship is the premier award for global talent at the University of Sussex. With up to 100 awards available annually, it is aimed at students who are not only academically gifted but also show the potential to contribute significantly to the university’s research and international community.
Sussex is world-renowned for its research impact and progressive thinking; this scholarship seeks to attract students who embody those values. Because the award is a tuition fee reduction, it significantly lowers the financial barrier for top-tier students to access a world-class British education. The selection committee looks for exceptional grades, typically the equivalent of a First Class degree. It serves as a badge of honour for recipients, identifying them as part of an elite group of scholars at one of the UK’s most beautiful campuses.
