Overview / About the Scholarship
The University of Lincoln’s Global Postgraduate Scholarship is an initiative aimed at attracting diverse talent from across the globe, with a specific focus on rewarding academic diligence in students from Pakistan. As one of the university’s primary international awards, it seeks to ease the transition into UK higher education by providing direct financial support toward tuition costs. For Pakistani students, this scholarship acts as a hallmark of their academic achievement during their undergraduate studies.
The University of Lincoln values the perspective and drive that students from the South Asian region bring to the classroom, and this award is a key tool in fostering a vibrant, international campus community. Unlike the more competitive Global Leaders award, which requires a separate application, the Global Postgraduate Scholarship is designed to be accessible. It is often awarded automatically to those who meet the entry criteria, allowing students to focus on their visa preparations and academic readiness. By reducing the overall fee burden, it helps students meet the financial requirements for their UK Student Visa while gaining access to a TEF Gold rated teaching environment. It is a perfect choice for self-funded students looking to maximize the value of their international education.
